sharon
I am a CX/UX designer and researcher, specialising in user research, interface/ interaction design, and service/ product innovation.
I have many years of work experience as a programmer, UX strategist, user researcher and interaction designer in a wide range of sectors from semi-conductor, consumer electronics to research and design of digital user interactions and services in Taiwan, the UK, Italy and Germany.
Designing solutions that fit users and business’s expectations is what I am thriving for, focusing on Scrum/Agile cross-functional collaboration with user-centred processes. I have been facilitating Agile UX and in 2020 I received the Professional Scrum Master I certificate.
Outside of work, I love creating interactive objects with microcontrollers such as Arduino and enthusiastically play finger exercises on the piano.
